NOTICE: LONG TERM MANAGEMENT LEASE AGREEMENT: SANDVELD PERDEKLUB ERF 168 LAMBERTS BAY

NOTICE NUMBER: 179/2025

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 16 (1)(a) of the “Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000”

In terms of Section 16 (1)(a)(v), the Municipality is obligated to inform the local community with regards to strategic decisions relating to the provision of municipal services in terms of Chapter 8,

(b) contribute to building the capacity of –

(i) the local community to enable it to participate in the affairs of the municipality;

(ii) councillors and staff to foster community participation

The Municipality hereby invites all interested parties to comment on the intend to undersign a long-term management lease agreement with Sandveld Perdeklub ERF 168 Lamberts Bay.Any proposals and inputs made will be considered during the finalization of the process before it is finally approved by the Council of the Cederberg Municipality.

Written comments in this regard, if any, must be submitted no later than Monday, 29 September 2025 to the address below. (for attention Mr C. Sheldon).
