PUBLIC NOTICE- 272/2026

FINAL BUILDING PLAN SUBMISSION FOR 2026

Cederberg Municipality hereby informs all architects, planners, developers, and members of the public that the closing date for the submission of building plans for the year 2026 will be Monday, 30 November 2026 at 12:00 pm.

The stipulated closing date is necessary to allow the Building Control Department sufficient time to process and finalize all applications submitted before the December holiday period.

Any building plan applications received after 30 November 2026 will only be registered and considered from Monday, 11 January 2027.

Applications for building inspections—including commencement of excavation, demolition, drainage, fire-related inspections, and completion inspections—will close on Friday, 11 December 2026 at 12:00 pm.

Formal applications for Certificates of Occupancy or Completion Certificates received after Monday, 30 November 2026 at 15:0pm will only be processed and finalized from Monday, 11 January 2027.
