Notice is hereby given in terms of section 45 of the Cederberg Municipality By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning that the abovementioned application has been received and is available for inspection during weekdays between 08:30 and 15:00 at the office of the Cederberg Municipality, at the Town Planning & Building Control Department, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam. Any written comments may be addressed in terms of section 50 of the said legislation to Private Bag X2, Clanwilliam, 8135, or fax number (027) 482 1933, for the attention of Mr. A. Neethling, on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, quoting your, name, address or contact details, interest in the application and reasons for comments. The comments can be emailed to landuse@cederberg.gov.za. Telephonic enquiries can be made to Mr. A. Neethling at (027) 482 8000. The Municipality may refuse to accept comments received after the closing date. Any person who cannot write will be assisted by a Municipal official by transcribing their comments.
