RECONNECTION OF SERVICES

Dear Resident,

Please note that it is the responsibility of consumers to ensure they fulfil their duty by paying their municipal accounts on time for services provided by the municipality.

If the services of a consumer are restricted or suspended and the consumer fail to make the payment during office hours and/or present proof of payment, the consumer will have to wait until the next working day to have their services reconnected.

Municipal officials only have the delegation for the reconnection of services during office hours.

HERAANSLUITING VAN DIENSTE

Geagte Inwoners,

Neem asseblief kennis dat verbuikers verantwoordelik is om hul plig teenoor die munisipaliteit vir dienste gelewer na te kom deur hul munisipale rekening betyds te betaal.

Indien ‘n verbuiker se dienste beperk of opgeskort word en hulle nalaat om hul rekeninge gedurende kantoor ure te betaal of bewys van betaling te toon, sal die verbuiker moet wag tot die volgende werksdag vir die heraansluiting van dienste

Munisipale amptenare het slegs die delegasie vir die heraansluiting van dienste gedurende kantoor ure.
