APPROVED 2021/2022 DRAFT BUDGET, DRAFT FOURTH

GENERATION INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) 2021/2022 AND 2021/2022 DRAFT TOP LAYER SERVICE DELIVERY BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP)

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 22(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003) and Section 18 of the Municipal Budget en Reporting Regulations 2008 respectively, that the Draft Budget for 2021/2022 was approved during the Council Meeting held on 31 March 2021. 

Notice is also hereby given in terms of Section 25(4) of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) that the Draft IDP for 2021/2022 was adopted during the Council Meeting held on 31 March 2021. 

Further notice is hereby given in terms of the Chapter 6 of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 and Chapter 7, Section 53 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 56 of 2003, that Council took note of the 2021/2021 Draft Top Layer Service Delivery Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) during the Council Meeting held on 31 March 2021.

In terms of Section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act no. 32 of 2000), the local community is invited to submit written comments or representations to the municipality in respect of the Draft Budget and Draft IDP 2021/2022, by no later than 30 April 2021.

The Council Resolution and all other relevant documentation are available during office hours at the municipal offices and libraries in Clanwilliam, Citrusdal, Graafwater, Lamberts Bay and Elands Bay. The said documentation will also be available on the website of the Municipality: www.cederbergmun.gov.za.
